The factory processes coffee harvested from local smallholder farmers in the area. The varietal landscape represented in the catalog highlights traditional and hybrid Kenyan cultivars. Dominant varieties include SL28 and SL34, alongside Ruiru 11 and Batian. The process portfolio for Kii Factory is focused entirely on the washed method.
