One commenter said they love Airship, visit its cafes regularly, and use Black Apple as their main home espresso; another reordered two kilograms after an earlier bag became their favorite. A sugar-cane decaf was judged okay, especially for decaf, but did not bloom. A regular Airship buyer said Kochere smelled great yet tasted beefy and overly beany from a moka pot, while questioning whether technique or the coffee caused it.
