“This co-ferment is a thing of beauty. There's always this risk, I feel, with co-ferments being TOO MUCH, but boy this thing is bright and fruity and NOT too much. It's just right. I brewed with an aeropress, a v60, and a stagg XL, and all were winners (though the pourovers were better for this than the aeropress, to my taste). Highly recommend this bean.”

“Wow! I can’t say enough about this one. I got it through Fellow Drops, received it 5 days after roast. “Strawberry Shake” is actually quite an appropriate way to describe the dominant notes. I can definitely taste the peach in there as well. I’ve tried it as pour over and via the “SOUP” method (a YouTube trend actually worth trying) which extracts the...”
