Saint Frank just opened a cafe near where I live. So far I only tried their Little Brother, and I loved it! It's now one of my favorite chocolate-style blends. I'm curious how their filter-style coffee's work for espresso. Please let us know how you like Sister Moon and Don Pancho.

I've tried only about 2 dozen places off the list and I'd say Saint Frank has the worst pourover in the Bay Area. Now I live in the building next to Chromatic, who has one of the best and most consistent cups of coffee I've had, great beans too, although a bit pricey at $6.24 + tax for pourovers.
