...who usually goes to starbucks, and oh man, by the end of it he was starting to praise all the 'bougie' drinks we were drinking. Brought some coffee back from Broadcast Roasters. Brewed it today in my Hario Mill --> Aeropress setup at work. Even though its 1 1/2 weeks old, the fruity notes that it has are truly. awes
- r/pourover · 8↑ · Has anyone from Seattle tried Stamp Act or Broadcast Roasters? Thoughts?
Seattle Cafe owner here. You can't find light roast from Washington? Need to try Google, not Bing. Broadcast is awesome. Great people, great roast. Anchorhead does some great naturals. Caffe Lusso is a little more medium roast, but 10/10 would recommend. Olympia Roasters, try the Sweetheart and you'll be hooked. Dancin
- r/pourover · 6↑ · Coffee of the day - Kenyan from Broadcast Coffee (Seattle, WA)
Coffee of the day - Kenyan from Broadcast Coffee (Seattle, WA) Used James Hoffmann technique. Water at 192°F. About a 3:45 total drawdown time. Definitely finding more fruity notes as the brew comes down in temp. Fantastic way to start the day! Happy Friday and cheers y’all!
