My local roaster (shout out to Broadsheet in Cambridge, MA) recently started selling a light roast from Huila, Colombia, producer Diego Garcia, that is so...funky and good! I had to write about it. I don't think I've ever had a coffee that uses this process, and I'm curious to know if others have and what they thought.

Any coffee recommendations in the Boston area? (Either roasters or cafes.) So far my favorites are Barismo 364 and Broadsheet in Cambridge, and Gracenote near Chinatown, but I expect there are more good ones out there. Much appreciated!
