Score is heavily shrunk toward 50; treat as a placeholder until more sources arrive.
How confidence affects the score
Coverage measures signal availability, not cup quality. This coffee has 18% of the signal universe on file. Missing sources are dropped, remaining weights are renormalized, and the result is shrunk toward a neutral 50 baseline by 55% so one thin signal cannot carry the score on its own.
The math on file: renormalized base 64.0 shrunk to 56.3 = 56.

One commenter reported great Chemex results over two months and said a cafe espresso made with Anchored beans was among the best they had tried. Another poster enjoyed Anchored in a French press but found it difficult to dial in for the predictable medium-dark espresso profile they wanted.

...I am looking for something predictable sweet caramel flavours, ideally something I can dial in and reproduce bag-to-bag with small adjustments. So far I've tried Anchored Coffee, and Dispatch and I enjoyed both in a french press but not at all in espresso. They are just too difficult to get in the zone, and I am not
