The current catalog footprint for Asman Gayo includes two distinct coffee lots. These coffees have been featured by two different roasters. Recent catalog entries include a natural process blend of Ateng, Bor Bor, Catimor, and Timor offered by Ditta Artigianale, as well as a washed process lot offered by Dark Woods Coffee.

The work of Asman Gayo is characterized by a focus on traditional Sumatran varietals and a balance between natural and washed processing methods.
