...all shop in Hilton Head SC. Both had amazing shots that are just above what I've been served elsewhere. I have been to a Stumptown, Sightglass, Blue Bottle, Four Barrel, Equator and they were all good but lacked that sweetness and flavors in the cup. I've been roasting for a bit but my coffee has always turned out a bit one dimensional, especially when compared to the likes of four barrel / ritual. Do air poppers deliver an inferior product compared to fancier drum roasters? Rather, how important is the speed of the roast?
