Two Reddit posts give Groundwork Coffee mixed but limited evidence. One Los Angeles visitor ranked it below Verve among three cafes and said none had blown them away. Another brewer called a Groundwork Ethiopian coffee terrific.

I’ve been to Verve, groundwork, and blue bottle. Verve is definitely the best out of those three but I have yet to find a place that has blown me away. Any suggestions? Edit: Thanks for the suggestions!
- r/Coffee · 4↑ · Ethiopian coffee - looks different?
I've recently purchased Ethiopian coffee from two different roasters (Ruby out of Wisconsin AND GroundWork out of Hollywood/Venice Ca) Both are terrific. For both the beans have a dry light brown color. They almost look like they were dehydrated. Is this a coincidence or just generally how Ethiopian looks/is roasted. T
