Two Reddit threads give Rogue Wave Coffee strongly favorable marks for its coffee. In one, a commenter called a Rogue Wave Clearpath coffee really good and described the coffee under discussion as one of the better ones for them. In the other, a poster rated Rogue Wave 10/10, recommended it, and said the roaster's regularly priced beans were always freshly roasted and tasted great, while questioning the price of smaller, more expensive bags.

I figured I couldn't have been the only one to experience the shipping delays/re-routes! Shipping within the US has gotten a bit weird, too. Yes, it's one of the better ones for me, too. I had another of the Rogue Wave Clearpath Coffees (El Mirador) and it was really good, too, but not as intense as this one.

Cherrybook summary of the video

This video is a brew tutorial by Ply from Rogue Wave Coffee, demonstrating how to brew the Kenya Maguta Amber CM Lot H03 using the Orea 01 dripper with a negotiator for a no-bypass brew. Ply also demonstrates an espresso recipe for the same coffee.

Inside this video

From Rogue Wave Coffee Co:

“For today, we are using the Baby Zero, the Orea 01. We're going to be using the Orea paper filter, the Wave, and we are going to use a negotiator to make it a no-bypass brew.”
“The way that you pour, you start in the middle, do a kind of quarter size, and then go out with one round and then you can come back.”
