Five Reddit contributors give a largely positive view of Temple Coffee Roasters with one value caveat. One describes brighter, nutty, and toasted flavors from Guatemala Hunapu. Another calls the Dharma blend an all-time favorite espresso. A repeat buyer says about 24 of 25 bags were exceptional and appreciates free brewed samples in Temple cafes. Another says Wonderblend had been great, while a Sacramento visitor says their cafe drink was good but not worth a seven-dollar latte price.
...t was brewing!! I always do a V60 in the morning and I do a coffee club so I've always got pretty good beans. The one I made today was a Guatemalan Hunapu from Temple Coffee Roasters in Sacramento, CA. While it brewed, I noticed a nutty and kind of toasted smell. I'm looking for recommendations in Sacramento (downtown area, preferably) Thanks! Edit: thank you for the recommendations! I went to Temple. It was good, but not $7 latte good. I'll try Scorpio next time.
