Ecuadorian coffee production is defined by high-altitude micro-lots and a willingness to experiment with processing. Our current selection of 20 lots highlights this diversity. Washed coffees remain the most common, though we see significant representation from natural and anaerobic methods. You will find a wide range of varieties here, including traditional Typica and Bourbon alongside sought-after Sidra and Typica Mejorado. The lots are primarily sourced from the Loja region, with additional contributions from Vilcabamba and Azuay. Roasters like Onyx Coffee Lab, Huckleberry Roasters, and Corvus Coffee Roasters lead our current inventory. Whether you prefer the clarity of a washed process or the intensity of an anaerobic fermentation, these selections represent the current standard of quality coming out of Ecuador.
What to taste for:Look for a balance of bright, floral acidity and deep, syrupy sweetness that defines the best high-altitude Ecuadorian lots.
