The selection is heavily weighted toward washed processes, which account for 13 of the available coffees, though we also feature experimental anaerobic washed, natural, and honey lots. You will find a strong presence of Pacas, Geisha, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties, many sourced from the high-altitude regions of Santa Barbara, El Cielito, and El Cedral.
