The best natural-process coffees in our catalog

Natural processing leaves the coffee cherry intact while the bean dries, which typically results in heavier body and intense fruit-forward sweetness. We currently have 20 natural-process lots in stock, ranging from high-altitude Gesha varieties in Mexico to classic Bourbon lots from the Cerrado and Mantiqueira de Minas regions of Brazil. Roasters like George Howell, Red Bay, and Phil & Sebastian lead this selection with diverse profiles, including the bright, melon-like notes of Mystic Melon and the deep, dessert-like qualities of the Brazilian Cake Lady. Whether you prefer the clean, experimental processing of a Kona Restoration or the traditional, sun-dried character of Ugandan Bukonzo Dream, these selections represent the most consistent natural-process coffees currently on our composite.

What to taste for:Look for heavy, syrupy body and concentrated fruit sweetness that lingers long after the first sip.
