We last reached the roaster’s page for this coffee 2 days ago. It now returns a not-found or members-only response, so we’ve archived the buy link rather than send anyone to a dead page. The notes, sensory chart, and editorial context below remain useful as a record of what this lot offered.

Cherrybook Index (CBI)

Evidence-of-quality score, not a cup score. Methodology

Noted

Sparse signal

Confidence2 of 7 signals on file

Score is heavily shrunk toward 50; treat as a placeholder until more sources arrive.

How confidence affects the score

Coverage measures signal availability, not cup quality. This coffee has 23% of the signal universe on file. Missing sources are dropped, remaining weights are renormalized, and the result is shrunk toward a neutral 50 baseline by 43% so one thin signal cannot carry the score on its own.

The math on file: renormalized base 88.8 shrunk to 72.3 + bonuses = 74.

Missing: SCA grade, Coffee Review, YouTube reviews, On-shop ratings, Cherrybook ratings

I don't know if they have opened yet but if there is an amor perfecto, labritorio de cafe or mikaela they are wonderful. Also anywhere that stocks almendra selectra I couldn't recommend higher.
