Mainly fruit, some citrus, some floral.
The roaster’s notes: pink lady apple, magnolia bloom, tropical, meyer lemon, tea roses, hibiscus, pomegranates, grapefruit, juicy, vanilla.
Mapped from the roaster’s tasting notes to the SCA flavor wheel: our reading of their notes, not the roaster’s own categories.
$2.48an ounce. Similar coffees run $1.90 to $3.59.
Some listing details are missing, so the comparison is broad.
A statistical model, refit weekly across the in-stock catalog, estimates what coffees with these listed traits sell for per ounce.
