i would recommend trying out Bootstrap out of St. Paul, and Five Watt out of Minneapolis. (Spyhouse and Dogwood are my other two favorites)

I've tried buying coffee from Temple and it tasted horrible and burnt. Are there any other local roasters I should give a try, or is by best bet to order online from Blue Bottle or my old roaster, Dogwood, in Minneapolis? (I love their Toarco Peaberry).
