Score is partially shrunk toward a neutral 50; read directionally until more source families land.
How confidence affects the score
Coverage measures signal availability, not cup quality. This coffee has 33% of the signal universe on file. Missing sources are dropped, remaining weights are renormalized, and the result is shrunk toward a neutral 50 baseline by 18% so one thin signal cannot carry the score on its own.
The math on file: renormalized base 75.0 shrunk to 70.6 + bonuses = 73.

Three Reddit comments give a mixed-to-positive view of La Cabra. One regular said the coffees were generally wonderful, though some naturals were intense, and reported good results at home. A Santa Rosa taster described a subtle, fresh, tasty cup with sweetness and body. A separate advent-calendar taster found one La Cabra coffee flat and grassy.

I have gone to that La Cabra every week since it opened. The coffees have generally been wonderful, although sometimes the naturals are pretty intense. I’m brewing the Santa Rosa right now. Pretty coffee. Fairly subtle like many La Cabra washed but very fresh and tasty. I get a really nice body and sweetness from a high extraction V60 recipe.

Maybe we can make a linked thread with all the days and coffees? I tried the La Cabra and was disappointed. It was flat and grassy. You made a good decision to wait.
