I've used it to great success before, but I was surprised at how poorly my coffee tasted when using it for my new beans. I have a bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Sightglass, and I attempted to dial in using Hoffman's V60 method and adjusting grind size. My coffee was bitter and harsh on first sips no matter what grin
