You're not alone. I can't stand light roasts or even medium roasts with any amount of acidity. Happy Mug has a few good options. I like the Rainy Day Blend and Outdoorsy Sumatra.

I have ordered from Happy Mug over 10 times, and every time the roast date is the date that I ordered it. I am a little suspicious that they just print out a label with the date on it and don't actually roast it that day...but their coffee does always seem very fresh so who knows.
