The coffee produced by Jamison Savage, Saša Šestić, and Elvin Siew originates from the Chiriqui Highlands in the Volcán region of Panama. These lots are cultivated at high elevations, ranging from 1850 to 2300 meters above sea level.

The production is focused exclusively on the Geisha varietal. This focus on a single cultivar defines the scope of their output within the current catalog.

The processing portfolio demonstrates a strong emphasis on experimental techniques alongside traditional methods. The catalog includes lots treated with carbonic maceration, carbonic maceration washed, natural, and washed processes.
