Indian coffee is often overlooked, but our current catalog of 20 lots shows a shift toward experimental processing. While traditional washed lots remain available, we are seeing a significant volume of anaerobic natural and honey-processed coffees. Most of these selections come from Five Senses Coffee, which accounts for the majority of our current inventory. You will find a mix of Catimor varieties alongside various regional selections from Tamil Nadu and the Baba Budangiri hills. These coffees move away from the heavy, earthy profiles historically associated with the region. Instead, the current roster highlights clean, fruit-forward cups that benefit from controlled fermentation.
