The dominant varietals cultivated in their operations are SL14 and SL28, both of which appear multiple times across their catalog entries. These traditional cultivars form the primary agricultural foundation for their harvested lots.

Their processing methods encompass a mix of traditional and experimental techniques, led by natural processes alongside washed and anaerobic natural preparations.
