The Select Mexican Producer lots originate from a diverse range of regions across Mexico, including Chiapas, Oaxaca, Guerrero, and Veracruz. These coffees are cultivated within an altitude band spanning 1000 to 1800 meters above sea level.

The varietal landscape for these lots is consistent, with each coffee featuring a blend of bourbon, typica, mundo novo, and caturra cultivars. This combination of traditional varieties serves as the foundation for the producer's current offerings.

The producer maintains a varied process portfolio. Their catalog includes experimental processing, a combination of washed and natural methods, and standard washed processing. This range demonstrates an approach that utilizes both traditional and technical post-harvest techniques.
