Calderon Family

The Calderon Family produces coffee in Costa Rica, specifically within the Guanacaste and Tarrazú regions. Their cultivation occurs at high elevations, ranging between 1750 and 2100 meters above sea level.

The family focuses primarily on the Catuai variety, which accounts for three of their lots in the index. They also cultivate Typica Mejorado and other unspecified varieties.

Their processing portfolio is heavily weighted toward the white honey method, which is utilized for five of their six cataloged lots. One lot in the index is processed using the washed method.
