CODECH operates in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. The cooperative sources coffee from farms situated at altitudes ranging from 1400 to 2200 meters above sea level.

The cooperative manages a diverse varietal landscape. Their production includes bourbon, catimor, caturra, maragogype, and pache cultivars.

The producer utilizes both washed and natural processing methods. While the washed process is more prevalent in the catalog, they also offer natural-processed lots.
