Producer overview

CODECH operates in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. The cooperative sources coffee from farms situated at altitudes ranging from 1400 to 2200 meters above sea level.

The cooperative manages a diverse varietal landscape. Their production includes bourbon, catimor, caturra, maragogype, and pache cultivars.

The producer utilizes both washed and natural processing methods. While the washed process is more prevalent in the catalog, they also offer natural-processed lots.

The catalog footprint for CODECH includes four distinct coffee lots. These coffees are currently carried by three different roasters.

Recent catalog entries include the Guatemala CODECH washed blend from Lexington Coffee Roasters, the Guaya'B Naturally Grown natural-process coffee from Durango Coffee Company, and the Organic Dark Roast Guatemala CODECH Women's Lot from Mr. Espresso.
