The best Indonesian coffees currently in stock

Indonesian coffee is defined by its heavy body and low acidity. Our current catalog features 20 lots from the region, with Sumatra, Aceh, and West Java serving as the primary origins. While wet-hulled processing remains the most common method among our selections, we also carry several natural and washed lots for those seeking different profiles. You will find a mix of varieties like Catimor and Typica, alongside many unique local cultivars. Roasters such as Stone Street, Corvus, and Five Senses are well-represented in this collection. Whether you prefer the classic, earthy profile of a Mandheling or the cleaner, fruit-forward notes found in our newer anaerobic and natural lots, these selections represent the highest-scoring Indonesian coffees on our composite.

What to taste for:Look for a heavy, syrupy body paired with deep notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and complex, earthy spice.
